Design-build project for the full renovation of a single-family house with office use in Mexico City.
Cuesta Campos
Se remodelaron y acondicionaron estas oficinas del despacho de abogados Cuesta Campos. Las oficinas se encuentran en la calle de Montes Urales en Virreyes.
Era muy importante el control del presupuesto y del tiempo. Los clientes necesitaban una solución eficaz que le diera al despacho un nuevo look fresco pero sin perder la sobriedad de un despacho de abogados.
This office space for Cuesta Campos law firm was renovated. The office has a prime location in Montes Urales Street, in the Virreyes neighborhood of Mexico City.
Budget and time control were very important. The clients needed an efficient solution that gave a new fresh-look to the firm, without losing the classic, and elegant style of a law firm.
Cultural Care
Proyecto en colaboración para la empresa Cultural Care Au Pair, filial de Education First (EF). En Cultural Care necesitaban un espacio de mayores dimensiones debido a su crecimiento. Las oficinas localizadas en Corporativo Polanco necesitaban ser acondicionadas con un presupuesto y tiempo limitado.
Era muy importante para el cliente que sus nuevas oficinas transmitieran a que mercado están dirigidos sus servicios.
This project was for Cultural Care Au Pair, a subsidiary company of Education First (EF). The work was done in collaboration. Because the company was growing, it needed a larger space. The office located in Corporativo Polanco, needed to be renovated with a very tight time schedule and budget.
It was very important for the client that the new office attracted young women, the target market of the company.
